class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u975e\u4f20\u67d3\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5728\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u548c\u4e2d\u7b49\u6536\u5165\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0cHHS \u548c WHO \u90fd\u610f\u8bc6\u5230\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c2015
