แพ็กเกจการกำจัดเนื้อตาย (Wound Debridement)

การกำจัดเนื้อตายมี 6 วิธี ดังนี้

1. Sharp debridement คือ การใช้กรรไกรตัดเนื้อที่ตายออก
2. Chemical debridement คือ การกำจัดด้วยน้ำยาต่างๆ เช่น Na Hypochlorite, Hydrogen peroxide, Iodine solution, Acetic acid ใช้เท่าที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น
3. Mechanical debridement คือ การใช้แรงฟิสิกส์ Wet to dry, Irrigation, Hydrotherapy & whirl pool
4. Autotypic debridement คือ การย่อยสลายเนื้อตายของแผลด้วยตนเอง โดยน้ำในแผลซึ่งมี proteolytic enzymes
5. Enzymatic debridement คือ การย่อยสลายโดย enzyme
6. Biological agent คือ การใช้หนอนแมลงวันช่วยกัดกินเนื้อตาย ใช้กับแผลที่มีเนื้อตายเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้กับแผลที่อยู่ใกล้หลอดเลือด
